Former Secretary of State Dr. Henry Kissinger recently gave a wide ranging interview with the National Counsel on US China Relations. Dr. Henry Kissinger was the chief architecture of the opening of US diplomatic relations with China in the 1970s and is widely considered an premier expert on US China relations. Given the accelerating pace of developments in the South China Sea with regards to US China relations, this interview is particularly timely and enlightening.
