According to a recent Gallup World Poll, a staggering 750 million people want to permanently migrate to another country, roughly equivalent to 15% of the world’s adult population and the highest level since the start of the Great Recession in 2007. The regions with the most potential migrants are Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean where 33% and 27% of adults respectively want to permanently migrate to another country.
As the following graphic from Statista details, the US is the most desired migrant destination in the world. 21% of potential migrants, roughly 158 million people, want to migrate to the US. That is equivalent to a stunning 48% of the current US population. Canada is the second most popular destination, followed by Germany, France, and Australia.

Why is there this assumption that you just get to break in and steal from people who’s home you are entering and you are being given access to by people who have no right to grant it.
Immigration is theft, it’s plain and simple theft of property, theft of control over the government, theft of voting rights, theft of opportunity, theft of accountability, theft of democracy, theft of all kinds of things and it’s vile and heinous and will be how authoritarianism leveraged its way into and continues to frack and crack democracy and the middle class.
