For those interested in getting an up to the minute view of the number of Coronavirus cases, deaths, and recoveries in every country around the world, we recently came across the following video-map from YouTube creator Number Story. The video has music that you may prefer to mute.

Finding a single reliable source of data on Coronavirus outbreak that is up-to-date, shows the historical progression by country, and shows recoveries by country has proved elusive. So far, the video above has conformed with official statistics and appears up to date. Hopefully, that remains the case. Nonetheless, it cannot be emphasized enough that official statistics are incomplete at best. As far as we know, most people who have this disease experience symptoms similar to the common flu or pneumonia. Many of them will never be officially tested for Coronavirus.
