Its seems a day doesn’t go by without another announcement from Telsa, Uber, or Alphabet (Google) about their self-driving car projects. Back in October Telsa announced that all its cars would now be made with the hardware to be “fully self driving” (here). Just today it was announced that Uber may be planning to roll out self driving taxi’s in San Fransisco (here) after already having done so in Pittsburgh (here) and Google just officially named its self driving car division ‘Waymo’ and formed it into its own company (here).
