I must admit that I don’t understand this chart at all. What possible wines do Latvia and Lithuania, much less Singapore and Hong Kong, produce and export? This does not make any sense.
Not sure why Latvia and Lithuania couldn’t produce wine (quick search reveals that they do: https://www.itinari.com/wineries-in-lithuania-the-nordic-style-of-wine-producing-2rvt)
As for Hong Kong, it’s probably re-exports with China. Singapore, apparently, also has a significant re-export business with Indonesia and Malaysia.
