Professor M.D. Nalapat, director of the department of geopolitics and international relations at India’s Manipal University, recently talked to China Unscripted about his concerns over rising China-India tensions, his expectation of a conventional Chinese military attack against India, and why he believes that a rising India, along with a formal US-India military alliance, are China’s “greatest fears.”
